Be Our Welcome
Greeters
Greeters are crucial to Park Church hospitality. They are asked to serve 2 or 3 times a year. If you would like to be the welcoming face of Park Church to our family, friends, and guests, you are encouraged to volunteer as a Sunday morning greeter. Contact office@parkchurchgr.org
Ushers
Ushers oversee the Sanctuary on Sunday mornings. They help guests find seats and assist with worship materials, wayfinding, and accessibility. Ushers are responsible for the Sanctuary worship environment, recording attendance, and collecting the offering. They are asked to serve every other month. If you would like to work with a team of people dedicated to service, you are encouraged to volunteer as an usher. Contact office@parkchurchgr.org
Liturgists
Liturgists are included in each worship service to read the lectionary scripture passage and occasionally lead other service elements like the Call to Worship, a responsive reading or a prayer. If this is a way you would like to contribute to the Sunday service, you are encouraged to volunteer. Contact Marty Butler, mbutler@parkchurchgr.org
Childcare
The professional nursery attendants provide stability and consistency for our babies and toddlers, but they can always use another set of hands. If you like to rock babies, read stories, sing songs, or just enjoy playing with little ones, consider joining the childcare volunteers. Contact Peter Smith psmith@parkchurchgr.org
