Park Church offers Music at Midday: a free community concert series on Tuesdays in downtown Grand Rapids. Our concerts begin at 12:15 and last for 30-40 minutes.

While the concerts are free, there is an optional lunch available for $7.00 payable at the door (cash is preferred). Lunch is served both before and after the concerts in our fellowship hall. The items are boxed or individually wrapped, and the menu varies by the week.

Park Church was founded in 1836. The current building was dedicated in 1863 and the Sanctuary holds a large collection of 16 Tiffany stained glass windows. Built in the Gothic style the sanctuary is on the second floor accessible by sturdy stairs with a gentle rise or by one (rather slow) elevator. The fellowship hall is on the main floor and is fully accessible. The building uses a LOOP hearing system.

If you are interested in attending with a larger group, please let us know ahead of time so that we can accommodate you comfortably. office@parkchurchgr.org / 616- 459-32

Feed My Sheep:  A Benefit For Feeding America West Michigan

Sunday, June 14, 2026 at 3:00 PM

Free Admission – An offering will be taken 100% benefiting Feeding America West Michigan

Featuring the choirs of First (Park) Congregational Church and All Souls Unitarian Church, this concert celebrates the important work of Feeding America West Michigan and supports their effort to serve our community in the wake of enormous cuts in their federal funding. This performance is offered at no charge, with an opportunity to contribute. 100% of contributions will benefit Feeding America West Michigan.

The focal point of the concert is the 30-minute work A Vision Unfolding by the composer Kyle Pederson, with spoken word and lyrics by the poet and singer/songwriter Shanelle Gabriel. This work articulates and explores what the United States has stood for in its best moments and a powerful declaration of a nation rooted in equality, freedom, justice, and inclusion. A Vision Unfolding is invitational — It is hope of Park Church and All Souls that we lean into that invitation to reach beyond our comfort zone and build bridges of care. That we stand in solidarity with those whose voices are too often dismissed, that we resist the urge to disdain and judge, that we commit to treating all people with respect and dignity. Join us!
