Park Church is an Open and Affirming Congregation of the United Church of Christ.

Open and Affirming (ONA) is the United Church of Christ’s (UCC) designation for congregations, campus ministries, and other bodies in the UCC which make a public covenant of welcome into their full life and ministry to persons of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions.

Park Church is a place where all are equal. And we mean ALL.

In 2011, Park Church formalized its long-time commitment to equality by approving the following statement:

“As Jesus demonstrated by his life and teachings we fully welcome into the life of Park Church and value all people regardless of beliefs or doubts, age, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical, mental, or emotional ability, or economic status. We value and celebrate the rich diversity of all God’s creation.”

No one is excluded from the life or leadership of Park Church: nothing about who God made you to be could exclude you from full participation at Park Church.
